ALL SALES ARE FINAL! Due to custom and handmade nature of our products, no refunds, returns or exchanges will be accepted once an order has been placed. Customers are responsible for reviewing all sizing, design, detail and policies prior to purchase. If you are unsure of your nail size & what length will look on you i highly recommend a sizing & length kit for complete accuracy.
Each nail set is individually handcrafted using high quality acrylic and made to order with great care and attention to detail. Due to the custom nature of our products, processing time may take up to 14 business days. Business days do NOT include weekends or holidays!
Shipping time is separate from processing time. Selecting expedited or standard shopping does NOT reduce processing time and it only affects the delivery timeframe once your order has been completed and shipped.
Standard shipping typically takes up to 5 business days after your order has been processed and dispatched. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays or location.
Please note that nail sets may include charms that differ slightly from those shown in the original design photo. While the overall look, style and aesthetic of the set will remain consistent, charms may vary based on availability to ensure timely completion of your order.
